On staff of the Marin County Community Development Agency since 1984, Roy is in
charge of a small division that administers funds from three federal grant programs for
housing, community facility, and human service projects. Roy served on the Board of
Directors of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Leadership Award in the
Distinguished Public Official category. He is currently a member of the Board of
Directors of the American Friends Service Committee.
