Rafael. As a long range planner, she was project
manager for San Rafael General Plan 2020, Vision
North San Rafael, and the Canal Voice conversations.
She was also involved with Our Vision of Downtown
San Rafael.
Expertise: transportation, youth leadership, diversity, education, parents and
education, housing, empowerment, social justice, public information and participation
in decision-making and education equity among others.
